Position Overview

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Social Commerce Club, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by providing proactive support, effective communication, and strategic problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure sustainable growth on social commerce channels for our clients while contributing to revenue growth for SCC. You will advocate for your clients, ensuring seamless communication, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

This is a full-time remote position.
